The Tambour Spin Time Automatic 39.5 mm in white gold features a sunray and sandblasted dial finished in a deep green, a hue deeply connected to exploration and nature, directly echoing the art of travel. The Spin Time complication draws its inspiration from airport flipboards, whose mechanisms directly drive the jumping action of the 12 rotating cubes around the movement: a lighter cube signals the current hour while the remainder hold their neutral position until called. Matching the dial, the khaki rubber strap is marked with the same V-motif found on the rose gold oscillating weight visible through the open caseback.

For its pave-set diamonds Louis Vuitton selects diamonds with a colour grade between D and G and a clarity grade between IF and VVS.
The use of colourless fluids and heat treatment is recognised as a traditional lapidary practice in addition to the cutting and polishing of certain coloured gemstones, as well as the bleaching of pearls. Our gemstones may have undergone these general enhancement practices. Pavé-set sapphires and rubies may have been heated. Pavé-set emeralds may show traces of colourless oil.
